Getting started
Three steps to finding your tribe
No lengthy setup, no endless forms. Be visible to the community in minutes, and update your location as you move.
01
Create your family profile
Add a brief intro, your kids' ages, and your learning style. A family name and avatar is all you need — no real names or exact details required.
02
Set your status & city
Tell the community where you are right now — or where you're heading next. Update anytime. You choose how long to stay visible in each location.
03
Connect & leave something behind
Reach out to nearby families, meet for a coffee, plan a co-learning day. When you move on, leave your tips and local knowledge for whoever arrives next.
The status system
Not just who was there — who's there now
Here now — Granada, Spain
Arriving in 2 weeks — Luang Prabang
Hub in Osaka — Oct 11
Every family sets a live status. See who's in your city right now, who's arriving soon so you can plan to meet them, and discover upcoming worldschooling hubs near you — all on one map. No more missing each other by days.
Why we built this
Born in Granada, built for the road
"We started worldschooling our three daughters in 2024 — Asad working remotely, Nisreen homeschooling the girls on the road. The hubs are wonderful but you can't always be there at the right time. We kept thinking: what if we always knew who else was here? What if we never had to wait for a hub to feel connected?"
— Asad & Nisreen, founders of WorldSchoolConnect. Currently on the road with three daughters aged 7, 13 & 18.
